Effluent is the wastewater released by businesses and industries in a community. In effluent percent water, with only 0.06 percent of the wastewater dissolved
and suspended solid material. The cloudiness of sewage is caused by suspended particles which in untreated sewage ranges from 100 to 350 mg/l. Sewage also
contains nutrients (such as ammonia and phosphorus), minerals, and metals. Ammonia can range from 12 to 50 mg/l and phosphorus can range from 6 to 20 mg/l in untreated sewage.

Effluent is the waste from various departments from Industries. Sometime, Effluent disposal and recycling is become major issue for Industrial.

There is lot debris which comes through our waste stream. Things like rags, sand, gravel and larger pieces of organic matter must be removed before it enters our
Treatment System.

Now, almost all Industries had there own Effluent Treatment Plants to treat Effluent water for recycling purpose and for Disposal applications.

Effluent needs Proper Chemical Treatment Programme.Problems occurred in ETP mainly because of untreated Effluent water and improper operation of the system. It causes major Problems with ETP like:

  • Foam Formation
  • Sludge Formation
  • Oil & Water Mixture
  • Effluent Color & Smell

Envirochem Systems have proven chemicals like Coagulants and Flocculants, Special types of Polymers, Dewatering Chemicals to improve effluent water quality.  Chemical Dosage Program decided on Quality of Effluent.

Proper Chemical Treatment of Effluent gives benefits on following ways:

  • Improving Effluent Quality
  • Color and Odor free Effluent
  • Recyclable Effluent
